How To Get Started


 OPTION 1: If you have registered on any of Cummins websites (e.g. QuickServe Online, GDC, etc.) and
 remember your username and password, please click on ‘Login’. You will be taken to the ‘Cummins Online Login’
 screen (see Screenshot 2).

 OPTION 2: If you have registered on any of Cummins websites but have forgotten the password, please click
 ‘Login’. You will be taken to the ‘Cummins Online Login’ screen (see screenshot 2).

 OPTION 3: If you never registered to any of Cummins websites (e.g. QuickServe Online, GDC, etc.), click on
 the ‘Register’ link.

 OPTION 1: LOGIN

 1. Click on Login and enter username and password then ‘submit’.
 2. On login, if the page states that "Invalid User Id or Password”, you either have never had access to
 RapidServe Web or the Administrator may have disabled you. (See Screenshot 3 below).
 a. Return to the ‘Welcome’ screen and click ‘Register’. Enter the requested information and send email to the
 RapidServe Web Administrator who will follow up with your request for access.
 b. Close the browser window.
 c. The administrator will determine if you need Cummins Online Account (LDAP) access and will raise the
 appropriate ticket as well as grant your access into RapidServe Web.
 d. An email will be returned informing you that access has been granted. It may take up to 5 days for the
 Cummins Online Account (LDAP) and RapidServe Web access to be completed.
 3.On successful login you will be taken to the RapidServe Web application and you may proceed to do your
 work on the system.

 OPTION 2: CHANGE PASSWORD

 1. At the ‘Cummins Online Login’ screen click on ‘I forgot my password’ (see Screenshot 2).
 2. Answer the challenge question or request the challenge answer by clicking on the "Request Challenge
 Answer" link
 3. You will receive the challenge answer in the email. There may be a delay of a few minutes if there is heavy
 server load. Enter the challenge answer and press "Submit"
 4. Enter ‘Username’ and new confirmed ‘Password’. Press Submit.
 5. You will be taken to the RapidServe Web Application. (See Option 1: Login)

 OPTION 3: REGISTRATION

 1. Enter all information and submit email to the RapidServe Administrator.
 2. Close the browser window.
 3. The administrator will determine if you need Cummins Online Account (LDAP) access and will raise the
 appropriate ticket as well as grant your access into RapidServe Web.
 4. An email will be returned informing you that access has been granted. It may take up to 5 days for the
 Cummins Online Account (LDAP) and RapidServe Web access to be completed.
 5. You can now login using your username and password. (See Option 1: Login)
